A Review for “The Y front Standoff”

I’ve been very lucky to get the following excellent review for my short story “The Y front Stand off.”

5.0 out of 5 stars Funny and sexy, what more could you want?, 25 Aug. 2015

This review is from: The Y Front Standoff (The Y Front Chronicles Book 2) (Kindle Edition)
A sequel to the superb Y Front Chronicles, this short story has managed to ramp up the laughs tenfold. The parody of daytime TV is hilarious (and makes me think that the author watches it more often than he should).

And then there’s the masterful hero of the story, SCoT-01 who just oozes sex appeal in those Y fronts of his. Move over

Christian Grey, there’s a new guy in town.

Highly recommended.

A Full Manuscript request for’ Echoes of a Storm’

As you know I have been sending ‘Echoes’ out to various publishing houses and guess what? I’ve had a full manuscript request from the second company I sent it to : )

Obviously, I am grinning from ear to ear : ) but under all that excitement I am telling myself to calm down as there is a long, long way to go and the chance of rejection is still very high.

However, for tonight only I am just going to enjoy the fact that I got a Full Manuscript request. Below is the email and for fairness sake I have blanked the company name.

The cover to my new book – A Kingdom Falls – which is out now

My new book is now currently available on Kindle on Amazon. Once again the wonderful Saskia Schnell has created a marvellous and atmospheric cover.

Below is the book description and cover

“Queen Rebecca Rothgal is under immense pressure as the Twin Kingdoms slide into turmoil. The cost of rebuilding from the previous devastating war has almost bankrupted the kingdom. Bandits freely roam the lands. Packs of werewolves are destroying farms and small villages. The Queen’s own cousins are plotting her downfall.

To make matters worse, a new prophecy is sweeping the land – a prophecy that foretells the return of the Midnight Man and his malevolent plan to plunge the land into darkness.

However, there are whispers spoken among a select few – whispers of a man who will take a stand and deny the darkness – a man who will hold the line and stop the evil – a man whose name is spoken in awe by those that follow him… Mancer!”
